This brand identity draws heavy inspiration from both opal and the Great Barrier Reef (GBR): two things that are not only iconically Australian, but precious & need to be protected.
I found it especially important to shine a spotlight on the GBR as its’ preservation, particularly in the 2030s, will require global cooperation and ‘fair play’ - two traits the Olympics prides itself on.
